BI Engineeer

We are a global technology company scaling engineering, product, and go-to-market teams across EMEA. We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to own how we find, win, and hire exceptional people at scale. You will build and run a high-performance TA function, covering recruiting, sourcing, employer brand, TA operations, and analytics. You will partner directly with the executive team to turn headcount plans into hires on time, on budget, and at a quality bar that raises the company's talent density. This is an operator role. You will set strategy, but you will also be in the pipeline reviews, closing senior candidates, and fixing what is broken.

We are scaling engineering, product, and data teams across Europe and need a TA Manager who can run a high-volume, high-quality hiring engine. You will own recruiting delivery end-to-end: strategy, team leadership, sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, and metrics. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage the team and also step in on critical senior and leadership searches.

Experience Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations (factory floor, procurement, inventory, or logistics) Prior software engineering or hands-on coding experience, before or alongside PM work Product management experience shipping features end-to-end, from research through launch Skills Deep knowledge of procurement workflows, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, and traceability Logistics Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles at least 3 days per week
